I'm an ADHD adult, OIF/OEF veteran, and general goofball. I have an MA in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University and a BS in Restoration Ecology. I spend most of my free time exploring the natural world, trying new recipes, and learning how to keep house plants alive. I'm a firm believer that we are products of both our experiences and our choices. My own experiences brought me to the field of mental health and I know how hard, or even impossible, it can feel to take each step along the way. I can't promise that I'll make it easier and I'll be there to help you find the path when you get off the trail.

Hi! I'm a spirited Samoyed with a love for play and adventure. My bright white fur, ever-wagging tail, and and adorable smile make me irresistible to everyone I meet. I love a good game of tug-of-war, chasing all the bunnies I see, and going for hikes all over. My happy-go-lucky nature and gentle demeanor make me the best part of coming to therapy!
